Frame description

This frame concerns the movement of an Agent together with an Item. The Agent moves the Item and controls the Path they both move along from a Source to a Destination. Sometimes the Agent moves the Item with their body (e.g. in their hands), and other times the Agent uses a Carrier to hold the Item (e.g. a bag or a car). It is often possible to replace the Agent with the Carrier if it is more relevant to the situation, as in example (3).

1. Du hast uns den falschen Weg geführt! 1. You led us the wrong way!
2. Eine Rolltreppe befördert die Besucher hinauf in den großen Saal. 2. An escalator carries the visitors up into the big hall.
3. Ein Bus bringt die Schüler nach Hause. 3. A bus brings the students home.
